Downtown Johnstown, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization and preservation of the Downtown district and all of Johnstown, Ohio. We are comprised of neighborhood residents, business and property owners, and representatives from non-profit and faith-based organizations.
Our mission is to foster a spirit of community pride, to strengthen, to revitalize and promote the Johnstown area as a vibrant place to visit, work, shop, play, live, and invest while promoting Johnstown’s unique historic character.
Downtown Johnstown has regular meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 6PM. Meetings are held at the Old Horseshoe Restaurant (2nd floor) on South Main Street, Johnstown, Ohio.
Johnstown is located about 25 miles from the state capital of Columbus, Ohio on State Route 37 and 62. Our downtown is fortunate to have a town hall/opera house and village square called Bigelow Park, which is surrounded by historic turn-of-the-century style commercial buildings.
